Cancellations received by September 3, 2027 will be refunded, less a $50 payment processing fee. Cancellations received between September 4 and September 17, 2027 will be subject to a $500 processing fee. Regrettably, no refunds will be given after September 17, 2027, however, you may substitute an alternate delegate.
