Cancellation Policy*

Cancellations received by January 30, 2026 will be refunded, less a $50 payment processing fee. Cancellations received between January 31 and February 13, 2026 will be subject to a $500 processing fee ($300 if registered for Monday, March 2 sessions and networking functions only). Regrettably, no refunds will be given as of February 14, 2026. However, you may substitute an alternate delegate at no extra charge.
