Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by February 14, 2025 will be refunded, less a $50 payment processing fee. Cancellations received between February 15 and February 28, 2025 will be subject to a $500 processing fee ($300 if registered for Monday, March 17 sessions and networking functions only). Regrettably, no refunds will be given as of March 1, 2025. However, you may substitute an alternate delegate at no extra charge.
